Great customer service & a jeweler who does fabulous work! He can make just about anything you ask for & makes sure it is well worth the price. They repair & make the jewelry on site right in the store. You can even watch as your jewelry is being worked on! There is a chain of stores on long island-this location in East Meadow,one in the Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa & another in the Westfield South Shore Mall in Bayshore. It is family run & has been successfully in business for 12 & 1/2 years now. If your looking for a trust-worthy jeweler, most definitely check this place out!

Classy retailer with impeccable service! Did my annual jewelry review (batteries, adjustments, re-sizings) and thought I would give this local neighborhood jeweler a try. Was and am very pleasantly surprised! Store has nice selection of midrange priced watches, engagement rings and stones, wedding bands, chains, etc. Very Reasonably priced, good selection, spotlessly clean locale. But the best part of the experience is their customer service. Polite, knowledgable, informative, attentive and not at all pushy. Add this to my regular retailers who I trust and fortunately, made the find right before Christmas Season!!!

I had my diamond reset into a different setting. They helped me pick the most beautiful setting! They set it for me right there. I couldn't be happier! The staff are amazing here and make sure you have exactly what you want! This should be your "go to" spot for any jewelry you may need.

I was touched by the owner's honesty. After all many store owners would have replaced the battery whether I needed it or not, especially after the COVID shutdown. I waited in the store on a comfy bench, the job was done quickly and the watch was nicely polished at no extra charge. Jim told me to come back if there's any problem but the watch is working perfectly now. Reasonable cost, honest and pleasant customer service, plenty of parking, clean spacious store. Happy experience overall.

My husband's ring was sized...and they did a phenomenal job. It was completed in 1 day! They fine tuned my grandmother's watch and cleaned our jewelry free of cost while we wait. This is what I call professionalism at it's finest! We returned to have another ring sized and watch batteries replaced. This is our new go to jeweler for everything! The store is also fully stocked with beautiful pieces at affordable prices. I highly recommend.

Extremely trust worthy and honorable jeweler. They have fixed my bracelet, all my bosses watches and most recently repaired my fathers vintage Bulova watch. I was very reluctant to give it to anyone but I'm so glad that I gave it to them to fix. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is always super helpful, professional and go above and beyond.
